FAQs - How can I return or exchange a Disaya product?


Full-priced READY-TO-WEAR items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days upon the receipt of order. Please notify us at ONLINE@DISAYA.COM regarding your return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges at Disaya stores. An exchange can be made for a different size or color. Sale merchandise is a final sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Disaya accepts merchandise only if it is returned in its original condition and packaging, labels, and return tag intact and accompanied by the original sales invoice. If one or more of these are missing, the return or exchange will not be honored.

All goods will be inspected as soon as it is returned to us; we do not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or self-damaged. If the merchandise is found in an unsuitable condition, it will be returned to you.

Returns or exchanges will be processed within 15 business days upon the receipt of returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification once the return or exchange has been processed. The full amount of the returned merchandise will be credited for your next online purchase.

We recommend that you ship the merchandise via insured parcel post with tracking. Disaya will not assume responsibility if the return parcel is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Disaya reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements at Disaya's discretion.


We do not accept returns on Disaya jewelry. In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept exchanges for pierced earrings and hair accessories, unless found faulty.
